Poor system of education, health and justice

Commercialisation of education, health and justice is not good for nation.
Today many students don't get education, sports of their choice due to lack of money. Many students dropped out of school, college or not study further due to lack of financial resources. To get admission into reputed (good) institute to prepare for any competitive exam is very difficult for financially weak students. In most of the state government schools and average private schools, many teaching faculty are not capable, many don't do their duties properly. In states like Bihar, many government school teachers don't know the spelling of 'Apple', difference between 'Chief minister and Prime minister', capital of India, etc. Many private schools exploits their teaching faculty by just paying them Rs 1500- 4000 salary. In most of the schools of our country, English teachers are themself unable to speak in English, so how can we expect their students to speak English fluently. Many schools lack proper library facility. In my view, there should be library in every village, every students should get textbooks, reference books, novels, competition books for free for annual period of time on return basis, along with facility of newspapers, magazines, and smart class videos. We know many teaching faculties are absent in their classes frequently in many government schools. Government should strictly administer schools and colleges.
Secondly, our health system needs urgent reform. Government hospitals and medical staffs are very less in compared to the population. In many hospitals, we see absence of medical staffs from their duty, not behaving well with patients and their caretaker. Many places, there is huge corruption, patient gets only few cheap medicines and test from government hospitals and other costly medicines and tests have to be procure from outside. Private hospitals and doctors also loots public with few exceptions in both private and government sector who works greatly for the society. Many doctors write unwanted tests and medicines to the patient to procure. We all know that many doctors/ hospitals have settings with labs, medical stores and pharma companies. Many hospitals do unnecessarily sigerian delivery over normal delivery in order to charge huge amount of money from the patients.
Thirdly, in my view free justice should be right of every citizen. People have to wait for years to get justice, and they have to spend thousands/ lacks of rupees. In many cases people have to pay legaly or illegally to police, lawyers, courts a huge amount.
These corrupt peoples are education terrorists, health terrorists and justice terrorists.
We should find the solutions to these problems and works to implement them.
